Join the Arizona Suzuki Association

You can join ASA online by filling out the form below and then pay by Zelle, or scroll down for printable forms to send with a check by mail.

Registration is a two step process:

1. Fill out the membership form
2. Pay electronically by Zelle, or mail a check payable to ASA (mailing address is in the registration form)

To use Zelle, please open your bank’s app and scan the QR code below. Please note what the payment is for.

Or you can also open your bank’s app and go to Zelle, type “The Arizona Suzuki Association” and use the email address arizonasuzuki@gmail.com. enter the amount to be paid and what it is for. If paying for multiple students, you can make one payment, but please make note of the student name(s) you are paying for.
